  • Managing a talented group of Java and Python developers, and ensuring they feel supported in their professional development.
  • Setting product‑driven goals for your team, ensuring they remain on track to achieve them, and communicating with other managers and technical leads to resolve blockers.

Required Skills

  • A strong technical foundation with hands‑on experience in modern development practices, tools, and a range of programming languages and technology stacks; the Pricing Engineering team code in Java, with underlying statistical pricing models written in Python.
  • Exposure to some of the following technologies: Java Spring Boot, Python, Kafka, AWS, Grafana, Postgres, Couchbase, ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm.
