We are looking for an AI Enablement Lead to coach teams across OBG’s Technology function to become self‑sufficient at building, testing, documenting, and governing AI solutions. The lead will drive adoption of the internal AI platform (KAIT) from early‑adopter usage into mainstream practice, run workshops, coach teams through scoping and delivery, and embed security, data governance, and release processes from the start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Coaching & Upskilling
    • Design and deliver hands‑on workshops where participants build and ship AI agents.
    • Coach engineers and domain experts through use‑case identification, rigorous scoping, and building first solutions on KAIT.
    • Run structured AI opportunity audits to identify quick wins, need for architect‑level guidance, or non‑viable cases.
    • Create training content on RAG, AI‑agent design, prompt engineering, and API integration tailored to a Tech audience.
    • Provide floor support during workshops – live debugging and troubleshooting to help participants solve problems.
  • Governance, Security & Process
    • Ensure security, data governance, and compliance are embedded from the outset of every use case.
    • Teach teams to consider data classification, human oversight, and audit requirements during design.
    • Upskill teams on the OBG Technology Release Process, including documentation, governance checklists, and production standards.
    • Identify gaps in existing processes and collaborate with owners and platform teams to close them.
  • Use‑Case Pipeline & Enablement at Scale
    • Coach tech innovators through the full lifecycle – from value identification to prototyping and hand‑off for architect support.
    • Assess incoming use cases and route them appropriately (self‑owned builds, strategic projects, or data‑science domain).
  • Developer Productivity (Secondary – ~20% of time)
    • Deliver workshops and best‑practice guides for coding‑assistant adoption (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) across engineering teams.
    • Act as the single point of contact for AI capability uplift across a Tech function of over 1,000 people.
    • Shape the standard for AI adoption, defining processes, governance habits, and quality standards.
  • Regulated, High‑Stakes Environment
    • Embed security and governance as baseline requirements for all AI initiatives within an igaming context.

What We’re Looking For

The strongest candidates will have spent several years building production systems, then moved into a role where they’ve enabled others to do the same. They excel at translating complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences, challenge senior stakeholders when a use case is unsuitable, and drive governance from the start.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years in a hands‑on technical role such as data engineering, AI/ML engineering, solutions architecture, or DevOps.
  • Subsequent move into enablement, consultancy, or internal transformation.
  • Proven experience coaching technical teams to build and deploy AI agents or RAG pipelines in production.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one low‑code/no‑code automation platform (e.g., n8n).
  • Strong prompt‑engineering knowledge, including system‑level prompts, structured output, chain‑of‑thought, and evaluation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns: REST APIs, OAuth/SSO, rate limiting, and data flow.
  • Demonstrable commitment to governance and process – embedding security, data classification, and compliance; flagging gaps.
  • Track record of delivering technical workshops where participants built tangible solutions.
  • Ability to present credibly to senior stakeholders.
  • Highly desirable: Experience in a regulated industry (igaming, fintech, or financial services).
  • Hands-on n8n experience for production automation.
  • Familiarity with MCP or similar frameworks for connecting AI agents to enterprise systems.
  • Experience with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) for inference and evaluation.
  • Working knowledge of vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search.
  • Experience with coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in a developer productivity context.
  • Multi‑site or international delivery experience.

Benefits

  • Well‑being allowance
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Inclusion networks
  • Charity days
  • Long‑service awards
  • Social events and activities
  • Private medical insurance
  • Life assurance and income protection
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Pension
