What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace customers
  • Manage Long‑Term Agreements (LTA) and coordinate procurement/replenishment efforts
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Engage regularly with customers to understand needs, provide updates and gather feedback
  • Oversee execution of customer programs from inception to completion
  • Generate KPI data, update forecasts and monitor program timelines, budgets and deliverables
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions; conduct research to identify potential customers and growth opportunities
  • Develop and manage budgets for customer programs and sales initiatives; track expenses and report on financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including monitoring regulatory changes
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms aligned with company goals
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, address issues promptly and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery and provide training/support to the sales team on customer programs

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven experience in aerospace sales, account management or program management
  • Strong understanding of aerospace products and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to travel as required
