We Are Looking For

The Customer Programs Assistant supports the implementation and management of customer programs. This role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction, maintain program accuracy and contribute to the overall success of customer initiatives. It requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and a willingness to assist with a variety of tasks.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace customers.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with aerospace customers by addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Support the management of Long‑Term Agreements (LTA) and procurement activities.
  • Update customer forecasts and track program deliverables to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Generate and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data for customer programs.
  • Provide administrative support for program execution, including record‑keeping and reporting.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and relay feedback to internal teams for resolution.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing market intelligence and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with various departments to address customer needs and enhance the customer experience.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience in administrative support, customer service or sales coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in the aerospace industry is a plus.
