Role Overview
The Regional Office Manager is responsible for all aspects of building and office management tasks crucial for ensuring the smooth running of the office. This includes maintaining premises, facilities, equipment, and services to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with safety legislation, managing office resources effectively, and supporting cost control and revenue maximization through close collaboration with senior management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Belfast, Newry, and Dublin offices for daily operations and property management activities.
- Managing the Office Receptionist-Administrator, including performance management.
- Arranging and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective contracts.
- Supporting environmental initiatives, reducing the company's carbon footprint, and ESG reporting.
- Ensuring a safe, pleasant, and sustainable office environment, including compliance with H&S and Fire legislation as an H&S and Fire Officer.
- Overseeing office and property maintenance, including repairs and equipment servicing.
- Regularly checking inventory and ordering supplies.
- Assisting with event planning and execution, including meetings, offsite events, and staff functions.
- Organizing office layout and condition, arranging repairs as needed.
- Providing office orientation for new staff to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and conducting safety tests.
- Leading the local Office Management Team.
- Available to work 5 days per week in the Belfast office.

- Knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act and risk assessments.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet use.
