Fractional Financial Director in London

Fractional Finance Director
Oxfordshire | £800 per day | 1–2 days per week

We are working with a private-equity-backed SME in Oxfordshire to appoint an experienced Fractional Finance Director on a part-time basis.

This is a high-impact role supporting an entrepreneurial CEO and an existing Financial Controller through the next phase of PE-led growth.

The role will include

Strategic support to the CEO on growth, scalability and value creation

Ownership of forecasting, budgets, financial modelling and cash flow

Managing PE reporting packs and board-level information

Leading bank relationships and funding discussions

Supporting and developing the Financial Controller

Attending board and investor meetings

We are looking for

A fully qualified FD (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

Proven experience working in PE-backed SME environments

Strong commercial acumen alongside technical financial leadership

Availability for 1–2 days per week on site in Oxfordshire
