Job Summary:
The Financial Director (FD) will be a key member of the executive team, overseeing all financial aspects, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic growth through financial planning and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals. Analyse financial data, market trends, and industry benchmarks. Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
- Financial Management: Oversee accounting, budgeting, tax planning, treasury, and cash flow. Ensure compliance with financial regulations. Monitor performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions. Develop internal controls and procedures.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial statements and reports. Provide insights and recommendations for decision-making. Conduct financial modeling and risk assessments.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with banks, auditors, and authorities. Build relationships with shareholders, investors, and board members. Support negotiations and partnerships with financial expertise.

Qualifications:
