This client liaison and delivery role sits at the heart of our paid client webcast programme and Reference Hub services and is essential to ensuring our clients receive a seamless, professional, and positive experience. You will be responsible for coordinating client webcasts, managing timelines, supporting clients throughout the process, and acting as a reliable point of contact between clients and internal teams.

This is what you will do…

  • You will lead the internal delivery of client paid webcast events and act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients throughout the entire process.
  • Working closely with sales, editorial, and internal teams, you will coordinate timelines, manage expectations, and ensure the smooth setup and delivery of events on the BrightTALK platform.
  • You will also provide effective client and internal administrative support across IPE and Real Assets within the Reference Hub and deliver clear, timely client reporting across the IPE Big Database service and Reference Hub.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of client webcasts, from onboarding to post-event reporting.
  • Manage scheduling of preparation calls, rehearsals, and live webcast support.
  • Ensure timely execution of event communications, including email distribution and registration updates.
  • High attention to detail and customer care of clients' content.
  • Keep sponsors regularly informed on event progress and delegate registrations.
  • Provide professional support on webcast technology and processes.

  • You are tech savvy and open to learn all about webcasting and more.
  • Providing excellent service to clients is natural for you, and you view problems as challenges that need to be solved.
  • Additionally, bring some top-notch organisational skills as you will be juggling multiple projects simultaneously and on tight deadlines on a daily basis with a high attention to detail and customer care of clients' content.
  • The ability to build rapport and good working relationships with IPE Webcast, IPE Reference Hub clients, the internal team and wider stakeholders.
  • Excellent task prioritisation and time-management skills.
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment; good administration experience.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Google Analytics would be an advantage.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A sense of humour and a positive, can-do attitude!
