My client is an award-winning independent agent, who is taking the Shirley and surrounding market by storm at the moment! If you are a career-hungry sales negotiator who wants to earn some serious commission looking to work for a great local company, then this could well be the right role for you!

Please note my client is looking to recruit the best negotiators in the area and is willing to promote internally, so it has endless opportunities to really grow your career options.

You will be doing both sales and lettings, including student lets, so expect to be busy!

The role will include:

  • Viewings
  • Sales and lettings
  • Registering buyers
  • Cross-selling mortgage services
  • Land and new homes
  • Conveyancing
  • Promoting different areas of the company wherever possible

You must be able to work within a busy environment. My client has a really strong share of the property market with some exceptional listings coming in every week, so the negotiators that are working there are earning bonuses.

The role will be busy, no two days are the same, and there is some exceptional training and development in place for people who want to get on within the industry. There will be the opportunity to earn decent commissions on both sales and lettings with this company.
