Overview
My client is expanding and are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join the team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing property transactions, ensuring that all legal requirements are met efficiently and accurately. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and effective time management to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage the conveyancing process from instruction to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Conduct property searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues affecting the transaction.
