Opportunity for a GP to join our ever-expanding team of Clinicians!

Contract – Permanent

Salary – £49.18 – £55.78 per hour depending on experience Golden hello £2500 offered paid in instalments over first 6 months pro rata

Main duties of the role:

  • The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of professional and administrative colleagues, working in a range of Planned and Urgent Care services within Doncaster, with the flexibility to be available across different sites, and providing remote support if the need arises.
  • You will provide consultations and appropriate clinical management of patients attending with injury and illness to services, either face to face or virtually.
  • As well as broad clinical practice within supportive, dynamic teams, the post includes regular dedicated time for Continuing Professional Development and study leave.
  • The post holder also has additional responsibilities:
    • The role will provide additional mentorship and support to new and evolving roles in our clinical workforce and to clinical trainees of all professions.
    • The role will contribute to the Clinical Governance agenda within the specified location/Business Unit.
    • The role will contribute to clinical innovation across the organisation, including development of the current UTC service at Doncaster, in line with the NHS long term plan and UTC model.
    • The role will contribute to clinical digital developments and integration across the organisation.
    • The role will play a pivotal part in developing partnerships with relevant stakeholder organisations ensuring effective care pathways.
