We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Inclusion Health team!

Contract – Permanent

Location – Newfield House, Vicarage Lane, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 4EW

Salary – £28.48 – £31.73 depending on qualifications and experience

Main duties of the role:

  • We are looking for individuals with a passion and enthusiasm to work with some of the most vulnerable and complex people within our community.
  • The right candidate should be approachable and display excellent communication skills, compassion and a non-judgemental attitude.
  • We are looking for an advanced clinical practitioner to join the team who can work autonomously within the special allocation scheme, as well as the wider inclusion health services.

Compass Medical Practice is a GP practice for those who are difficult to manage in mainstream practice. Patients are either consulted via telephone/video link or face to face. When a face-to-face appointment is required, a risk assessment is undertaken to assess what support the clinician requires. Consultations are supported with the use of patient liaison officers and consultations are carried out in our mobile clinic van or in an agreed prebooked venue.
