Advanced Clinical Practitioner | Rossendale

Opportunity for a bank ACP to join our Rossendale Minor Injuries Unit team!
- Contract – Permanent
- Salary – £27.49 – £30.63 Depending on experience PLUS a Golden Hello of £2500 paid in two instalments over 6 months (external applicants only)
- Location – Rossendale Minor Injuries Unit, Rossendale Primary Health Care Centre, Rossendale, BB4 7PL
Main duties of the role
The post will be based at the Rossendale Minor Injuries Unit (RMIU). RMIU aims to deliver services between 8am 8pm 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Evening and weekend work will be required as part of this post.
It will be the responsibility of the post holder to, exercise clinical expertise, levels of judgment, discretion and decision making in clinical care, as demonstrated under agreed parameters within the 4 pillars of advanced practice. To provide a high standard of care for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed minor injury needs. Please note, we see injury only at this service and those patients who present with illness are offered a triage service.
