We are looking for individuals with a passion and enthusiasm to work with some of the most vulnerable and complex people within our community. The right candidate should be approachable and display excellent communication skills, compassion and a non-judgemental attitude.
Main duties of the job:
- Compass Medical Practice is a GP practice for those who are difficult to manage in mainstream practice.
- Patients are either consulted via telephone/video link or face to face.
- When a face-to-face appointment is required, a risk assessment is undertaken to assess what support the client may need.
