FCMS is recruiting a Receptionist to join our Doncaster services!
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time
Location: Urgent Care Services, Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Thorpe Road, Doncaster, DN2 5LT & Same Day Health Centre, South Parade, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN1 2DJ
Salary: £13.00 per hour plus evening/weekend/bank holiday enhancements
Main duties of the role:
- The post holder will collect and process information received accurately and concisely.
- You will greet patients and assess any patients' deterioration noticed in the waiting room.
- The role should ensure full patient confidentiality at all times.
- You will work closely with clinicians and dispatch Emergency Clinical Practitioner jobs to the necessary vehicle/clinician, taking into account location and workload.
- The post holder will complete daily checks whilst on duty, ensuring clinical rooms are tidy and fully stocked and maintain a consistent, quality and professional service.
