- Location – Blackpool Victoria Hospital, Whinney Heys Rd, Blackpool FY3 8NR
- Salary – £12.67/hour, with enhancements for weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts
Main Duties
The post holder will be the first point of contact for patients accessing Urgent and Emergency Care and other hospital areas. You will assist patients in navigating to the appropriate care based on their symptoms and perform administrative duties for the Urgent and Emergency Care Teams.
You will deliver a fast, accurate, and effective face-to-face service at the Urgent and Emergency Care Village gateway, working with patients and carers in a person-centered manner.
