FCMS is recruiting a Receptionist to join the Morecambe Health Centre.
Contract
- Contract – Permanent
- Hours – Full-time, Part-time
- Location – Morecambe Health Centre, Hanover Street, Morecambe, Lancashire, LA4 5LY
- Salary – £12.45 per hour
Responsibilities
The post holder will provide a professional and high-quality reception service and administrative support for the Urgent Treatment Centre and Health Care Professionals. You will greet patients and process information received accurately, concisely and within the computer system (Adastra).
In addition, where applicable, you will undertake basic information for triage by a clinician of walk-in patients and ensure accuracy and legibility in recording. You will inform clinicians if any deterioration of patients in the waiting room occurs, ensuring full patient confidentiality at all times.
Furthermore, you will liaise with external agencies, i.e. 111, hospital departments and NWAS. The role includes telephone answering, photocopying, scanning and maintaining spreadsheets and other sources of information.
