Job Summary

  • Hours – Part-time
  • Location – Urgent Care Services, Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Thorpe Road, Doncaster, DN2 5LT & Same Day Health Centre, South Parade, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN1 2DJ
  • Salary – £13.00 per hour plus evening/weekend/bank holiday enhancements

Main duties of the role

  • Collect and process information received accurately and concisely.
  • Greet patients and assess any patient deterioration noticed in the waiting room.
  • Ensure full patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Work closely with clinicians and dispatch Emergency Clinical Practitioner jobs to the necessary vehicle/clinician, taking into account location and workload.
  • Complete daily checks whilst on duty, ensuring clinical rooms are tidy and fully stocked and maintain a consistent, quality and professional service.
