Receptionist wanted to join the Blackpool Urgent Treatment Centre!

Key Details

  • Hours – Part-time – Shift times are 00:00-06:00 – This is a 24/7 service so flexibility will be required to deliver service needs.
  • Contract – Permanent
  • Location – Blackpool Victoria Hospital, Urgent Treatment Centre, Whinney Heys Rd, Blackpool, FY3 8NR
  • Salary – £12.60 an hour. Enhancements for Weekend, Bank Holiday & Overnight will apply.

Main Duties

  • The post holder will greet patients and process information received accurately and be able to follow strict procedures and protocols at all times.
  • Utilising the appointment diaries via Adastra and HISS.
  • Work effectively under pressure in a calm & confident manner and inform clinicians of any deteriorating patients in the waiting room.
  • Complete stocktakes of medical equipment and complete routine administration checks when working overnight.
