Our Dental Team is on the lookout for a Receptionist to join our team in Blackburn!
- Contract – Permanent
- Hours – Evenings & Weekends – Bank
- Location – Barbara Castle Way Health Centre, Simmons Street, Blackburn, BB2 1AX
- Salary – £12.45 per hour – Enhancements for weekends & Bank holidays.

Main duties of the role
This role requires a confident person who can manage a clinic where timekeeping can be challenging due to anxious patients and unexpected emergencies. The service aims to provide treatment that relieves pain, swelling, and manages injuries/traumas. A caring and compassionate personality is essential, as we prioritize how we would want our own family members to be treated.
The post holder will greet and book patients using a computerised dental system and paper-based documentation. The role also involves maintaining and updating patient records, processing information accurately, and undertaking clerical and reception/admin duties relevant to the role.
