Post: Diagnostics Engagement Liaison 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Pay: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
Hours: 37.5 hr per week between Monday - Friday opening hours 8am - 5pm (excluding bank holidays)

We are seeking a motivated and professional Telemarketer to join our Diagnostics team. Our Diagnostics service provides healthcare screening such as Echocardiogram, Non-Obstetric Ultrasound, ECG and other community services at areas across the UK. We provide high quality direct access to all our patients.
Main duties of the job
- The primary purpose of this role is to engage with GP practices, Trusts and other diagnostics providers within our operational area, build strong working relationships, and promote awareness of our diagnostic services.
- You will play a key role in securing opportunities to attend Primary Care Network (PCN) meetings and other NHS-related forums, helping to position FCMS as a trusted partner in healthcare delivery.
Job responsibilities
- Proactively contact GP practices within designated areas via telephone and email
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with practice staff and decision-makers
- Promote and clearly communicate FCMS diagnostic services
- Identify opportunities to attend PCN meetings and other NHS forums
- Arrange appointments, meetings, and presentations with key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of communications and outcomes.
- Follow up on leads and nurture ongoing relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and service offerings

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer engagement roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Experience working within or alongside the NHS or healthcare sector (desirable but not essential)
- Hold Full UK car licence and willing to travel across the UK.
