- Location – Fleetwood Health & Wellbeing Centre, Dock Street, Fleetwood, Lancashire, FY7 6HP
- Salary – £27.49 – £30.63 per hour depending on experience (plus 40% enhancements on Saturdays and 60% enhancements on Sundays and Bank Holidays)
- PLUS, a Golden Hello of £2.5k paid in two instalments over 6 months
Main Duties
The post holder will act as an autonomous practitioner working independently in surgery, assessing, diagnosing, and treating adults and children within their professional boundaries. Responsibilities include telephone triage, home visits supported by a driver and clinicians at the Urgent Treatment Centre, providing expert advice to patients, carers, and colleagues, and promoting healthy lifestyles through preventative health care and education.
