Main duties of the role:
An exciting opportunity for a corporate administrative assistant to work alongside and support our corporate team has arisen. We are looking for a high visibility partner to support in day-to-day tasks including:
- Scheduling meetings
- Coordinating documents and actions to support projects to reach long term goals
The role will work closely with the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Executive Assistant for our CEO to provide administrative and project support including:
- Minute taking
- Documenting
- Following up actions and correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders
The role will work alongside senior leaders in the organisation; therefore, emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, discretion, and compassion are essential skills.
