Welcome to FCMS! We are seeking a motivated and professional Telemarketer to join our Diagnostics team. Our Diagnostics service provides healthcare screening such as Echocardiogram, Non-Obstetric Ultrasound, ECG and other community services across the UK. We provide high quality direct access to all our patients.
Main duties of the job:
- Engage with GP practices, Trusts and other diagnostics providers within our operational area.
- Build strong working relationships and promote awareness of our diagnostic services.
- Secure opportunities to attend Primary Care Network (PCN) meetings and other NHS-related forums.
- Proactively contact GP practices via telephone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and service offerings.
Key expectations:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer engagement roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Hold Full UK car licence and willing to travel across the UK.
