FCM Emergency Assist in London seeks an experienced Travel Consultant to join our shift-based team.
You will support travellers by interpreting requirements, applying your travel knowledge, and using Amadeus GDS to present accurate options and proactive solutions.
You will liaise with clients and travellers as the first point of contact, work closely with Shift Managers, and help ensure the client programme is delivered with high service standards and responsiveness.
