About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and highly organised Group & Event Travel Coordinator to join our M&E Group Travel team on a maternity cover contract. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of multi‑corporate clients, ensuring every interaction reflects FCM’s high operational standards. You’ll work as part of a small, collaborative team, supporting clients with group air travel, venue sourcing, and wider group travel needs. Your ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships with both customers and suppliers will be key to your success.

A typical day could include managing group travel enquiries, sourcing venues, meeting SLAs, resolving service issues with enthusiasm, and ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed with clear, customer‑focused communication. You’ll also follow FCM’s systems and processes, maximise preferred suppliers, and work towards KPIs that support both service excellence and commercial performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys variety, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
