The Role

  • Client Management
    • Work closely with senior leadership to deliver professional, seamless service.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and grow accounts.
    • Attend client meetings and immerse in their brand and industry landscape.
    • Provide leads to other teams within the events function.
    • Arrange venue visits and offer on‑site support where needed.
  • Event Planning
    • Lead medium‑sized events from planning through to delivery and reconciliation.
    • Manage RFP processes and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
    • Support larger events led by senior colleagues and assist with delegate management.
    • Provide comprehensive post‑event feedback and reporting.
  • Facilities & Services
    • Oversee coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Financial & Contract Management
    • Develop and manage event budgets, including negotiating contracts.
    • Ensure timely delivery of services.
