About FCLHUB.COM

FCLHUB.COM is a new digital freight platform built specifically for the UK container transport sector. The platform connects shippers, freight forwarders and container hauliers through one connected system designed to improve efficiency, visibility and communication across container transport operations.

As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator to help build the FCLHUB.COM brand and grow engagement across the logistics and transport industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content, building online engagement and helping grow a modern technology-led business. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of FCLHUB.COM’s social media channels, digital content and online communications. You will help create content that promotes the platform, supports customer growth and builds awareness across the industry. This is a hands-on role within a fast-moving and growing business environment where creativity, initiative and energy are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow FCLHUB.COM social media channels including LinkedIn and other digital platforms
  • Create engaging content including posts, graphics, articles, short videos and marketing material
  • Support the planning and delivery of social media campaigns and announcements
  • Help build brand awareness and online engagement across the logistics and transport sector
  • Assist with website content updates and digital communications
  • Monitor social media activity, engagement and trends
  • Respond to online enquiries and support customer engagement where required
  • Work closely with management to help promote company initiatives, events and partnerships
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional activity
  • Support the creation of brochures, presentations and marketing material
  • Help maintain a consistent brand identity across all communications

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within social media, marketing, content creation or digital communications
  • Strong written communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Confident creating engaging and professional content
  • Experience using social media platforms and content scheduling tools
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva or Adobe would be beneficial
  • Basic photography or video editing skills would be advantageous
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience within logistics or transport would be beneficial but not essential
