FCLHUB.COM is a new digital platform built specifically for the UK container transport market. Our platform connects shippers, freight forwarders and container hauliers through one connected marketplace. As the business grows, we are looking for a highly organised and professional Membership Administrator to support the onboarding, administration and ongoing support of our growing member network.

The Role

The Membership Administrator will play a key role in supporting both new and existing members of FCLHUB.COM. You will be responsible for ensuring member applications are processed efficiently, records are maintained accurately, and customers receive a high level of service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new member enquiries and registrations
  • Process onboarding documentation and member applications
  • Maintain accurate customer and membership records within company systems
  • Support compliance checks and document collection for hauliers and transport providers
  • Assist members with platform access, account queries and general support
  • Coordinate communication with members via email and telephone
  • Work closely with the operations and commercial teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes
