FCLHUB.COM is a new digital platform built specifically for the UK container transport market. Our platform connects shippers, freight forwarders and container hauliers through one connected marketplace.

As the business grows, we are looking for a highly organised and professional Membership Administrator to support the onboarding, administration and ongoing support of our growing member network.

The Role

The Membership Administrator will play a key role in supporting both new and existing members of FCLHUB.COM. You will be responsible for ensuring member applications are processed efficiently, records are maintained accurately, and customers receive a high level of service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new member enquiries and registrations
  • Process onboarding documentation and member applications
  • Maintain accurate customer and membership records within company systems
  • Support compliance checks and document collection for hauliers and transport providers
  • Assist members with platform access, account queries and general support
  • Coordinate communication with members via email and telephone
  • Work closely with the operations and commercial teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes
  • Monitor membership renewals and follow up outstanding information
  • Support marketing campaigns and member engagement initiatives
  • Produce reports and administrative updates for management
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration or customer service experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Experience within logistics, transport or freight forwarding would be advantageous but not essential
