Contract end date – 22/12/2026

Working hours – 37.5 hours per week, 8:00am to 16:15pm, Monday to Friday

Office based Monday to Thursday, Remote working on Fridays.

Office Location – Dunton, Essex

Position Summary

Working as part of the HRSC you will be responsible for providing high quality support to the Ford of Britain’s HR Department. The role is in a busy department and requires someone with a solid administration background, organised with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • SSP letters & admin (All Sites)
  • EDMS filing of SSP paperwork
  • Privilege eligibility file
  • Salaried mailbox queries
  • Insurance Requests
  • Work experience admin
  • Visa admin as and when required
  • Covering for other members of the team when required
  • Cost centre list updates
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required to support the HRSC team.

Technical Skills

Proficient in use of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer

Essential / Desirable Skills

  • 6 months experience within a busy office environment is essential
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to prioritise workload with minimal supervision
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and potentially stressful situations
  • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
  • Proactive and ability to use own initiative
  • Well-motivated and key team player
