Position Summary
Working as part of the HRSC you will be responsible for providing high quality support to the Ford of Britain’s HR Department. The role is in a busy department and requires someone with a solid administration background, organised with excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- SSP letters admin (All Sites)
- EDMS filing of SSP paperwork
- Privilege eligibility file
- Salaried mailbox queries
- Insurance Requests
- Work experience admin
- Visa admin as and when required
- Covering for other members of the team when required
- Cost centre list updates
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required to support the HRSC team.
Technical Skills
Proficient in use of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Essential / Desirable Skills
- 6 months experience within a busy office environment is essential
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to prioritise workload with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform well under pressure and potentially stressful situations
- Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
- Proactive and ability to use own initiative
- Well-motivated and key team player
