Role Overview: Technical Installations Trainer (Engineering and Operations).

Location: Hanslope Park, Milton Keynes – hybrid working is possible, with overseas travel required to support training and observations. A location allowance of £1,750 is offered. Salary: £48,801 per annum plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, and deliver high‑quality technical training to new Engineering and Operations staff and Technical Apprentices.
  • Identify skill gaps and design bespoke programmes to enhance the expertise of existing technical staff.
  • Maintain relevance, up‑to‑date content, and clear objectives for all training courses.
  • Provide developmental feedback and detailed solutions to all trainees after each course.
  • Promote skills‑sharing sessions, engage with stakeholders on new technical security systems, and monitor upgrades to existing systems.
  • Implement and uphold health and safety procedures.
