Responsibilities
- Lead and implement a cohesive financial strategy with the COOs and Executive Board to drive long-term sustainability
- Refine budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure best-in-class approaches
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals and coordinate with senior finance partners
- Ensure risk management, compliance, and planning underpin financial delivery across business areas
- Develop internal business relationships at senior levels and influence strategic decisions
- Negotiate and build strategic partnerships with external and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to wider business strategy and corporate plan through financial leadership
- Support and challenge operational directors to meet financial targets
Key requirements
- Qualified chartered accountant or demonstrable equivalent QBE
- Experience leading a finance function in a large, complex organisation
