Responsibilities

  • Support the interior design team from project start to finish, including sample management and design room maintenance.
  • Place and track orders for fabrics, furniture and accessories for government buildings, ensuring on‑time delivery of all items.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and shippers to schedule deliveries and installations, often to overseas locations.
  • Maintain delivery calendars, track shipments, produce status reports and resolve logistical issues such as late deliveries and missing items.
  • Respond to supplier queries, ensure accurate order specifications and invoicing, and support the interior design team with other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Organisational and time‑management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to build productive relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in procurement, order processing or project administration, preferably in an interior design environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tracking tools.
  • Security clearance (SC) required; successful applicants will undergo vetting.
