Overview
FCDO Services delivers secure government buildings and related services worldwide. The Commercial team ensures we meet government customers’ needs through insights, bid management and sales. This role focuses on sales forecasting, reporting, commercial analytics and risk governance.
Responsibilities
- Manage information from Relationship and Bid Managers and senior colleagues to record data for accurate reporting.
- Deliver high‑quality forecasts and annual revenue budgets.
- Implement commercial controls and processes for continuous improvement.
- Identify commercial risk stories, conduct analysis and produce insightful reports.
- Prepare detailed documentation and communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Use PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint to support decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Degree or Level 6 qualification in Business Management, Finance, Data Analytics or a relevant subject.
- Hands‑on exposure to private sector best practices, lean working and continuous improvement.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau Cloud is a plus.
- Experience in product, project or service delivery across construction, estates, logistics and professional services.
