Location
Based in Hanslope Park, Milton Keynes with the flexibility of hybrid working depending on business need. Free shuttle bus available between central Milton Keynes and Hanslope Park.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with your line manager on new business and opportunities, delivering agreed Corporate Plan and RAP revenue and gross margin targets.
- Manage pipeline delivery at a project level, renewing and securing commercial requirements and ensuring proposals are of high quality.
- Develop deep relationships with FCDO and higher‑tier customers, understanding their current and future requirements, decision drivers, budget priorities and operational environment.
- Manage forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer purchase orders with accuracy, working with commercial and delivery teams to ensure reliable planning and realistic targets.
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues, influencing operational relationships and customer experience.
- Champion the development of compelling products and services that create better value for FCDO.
Qualifications
- Account manager with experience in business delivery, negotiation, forecasting, reporting, business planning and relationship management.
- Record of delivering high‑quality, efficient sales output and securing business even under resistance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and influence stakeholders.
- Highly organised, focused on detail, deadlines and results, with commercial acumen and financial management reporting experience.
- Desirable: Degree or Level 6 qualification in business management, experience in value‑based selling, contract management, CRM, private‑sector best practice, and product or service delivery across sectors such as construction, estates, logistics, FM, ICT, and professional services.
- Professional membership of a relevant body (e.g., CIPS or RICS) is a plus.
