Salary: £38,332 - £39,558 plus a location allowance of £1,750 plus an allowance of up to £3,000 depending on professional qualifications.
Based in Hanslope Park, Milton Keynes, with the flexibility of hybrid working depending on business need. Free shuttle bus available between central Milton Keynes and Hanslope Park.

We design and construct secure government buildings, courier diplomatic packages worldwide, safeguard government tech, and have hundreds of active projects around the world, each with varying revenue streams. Our Finance team takes great pride in understanding the value in the financial management of these projects, ensuring compliance with the National Audit Office to help deliver year-end accounts to Parliament.

Key Responsibilities:
- Solve financial problems and offer vital support to our global organisation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.
- Work on complex and varied projects, including efficiency challenges and detailed project deep dive analysis.
- Support the development of Opex and Capex proposals.
- Lead on financial tracking to ensure benefits are realised.
- Coordinate the development of corporate business plans.
As a Management Accountant with experience in a project accounting environment, you’ll possess customer and supplier relationship management skills, and the ability to analyse, interrogate, and evaluate data. Familiarity with accounting systems, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting is expected, along with practical knowledge of specialist systems and databases such as ERP and Oracle. Experience in public sector finance and a well-developed understanding of Oracle Fusion/Cloud is also required.
