What will you be doing?
- Overseeing health and safety compliance and supervising street cleaning operations
- Managing staff, ensuring policies are followed, and supporting training and development
- Maintaining vehicles and equipment, and monitoring performance standards
- Deputising for the Manager and adapting to special events or emergencies
- Liaising with admin, overseeing subcontractors, and representing the company positively
What are we looking for?
- Local area knowledge and the ability to use small machines (training provided)
- Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good timekeeping, communication, and customer service skills
