Hourly Rate – £12.21 per hour
Hours – 47.5 hours per week, 7:00am to 5:30pm
Location & Postcode – Crewe Composting Facility, CW1 4QQ
As a Site Operative at FCC Environment, you will direct HGVs in a safe and effective manner while on site to meet the company’s processing and production requirements. You will be expected to perform daily site operations, maintain the site in a clean and tidy condition, and ensure all equipment is operated and maintained according to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week with overtime available on the weekends.

What will you be doing?
- Perform daily site operations as instructed in a safe, effective, and compliant manner
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
- Maintain the site in a clean and tidy condition at all times
- Perform daily safety, maintenance, and environmental checks
- Maintain accurate daily logs and records
- Participate in routine maintenance works
- Cover any site role for which you are trained and authorised
Please note, training will be given to the right candidate.
