As a Sales Accounts Administrator, you will support the management team by ensuring invoices are processed promptly and enquiries are handled efficiently. While your primary focus will be on sales-related tasks, you will also provide valuable assistance across finance functions to support staff coverage during absences and peak periods. This vacancy is for a full-time position.

What will you be doing?
- Obtain details from drivers and complete and match this detail to entries held in Weighsoft
- Input weighbridge details for transactions from third party weighbridges
- Raise and send invoices and credits, weekly and monthly, using Weighsoft and NGI
- Review weekly and monthly CSV files prior to producing the invoice run
- Output weekly or monthly sales CSV files and send these to Doncaster team for importing to SAP
- Manage the sales ledger balances for local customers and contact them to chase for payments
- Liaise with the Doncaster Credit Control team to resolve any ticket or other queries on council and larger customers
