As a Maintenance Administrator at FCC Environment, you will provide efficient administrative support to the Maintenance and Landfill departments. You will assist the Maintenance Manager with day-to-day departmental needs, support purchasing, invoicing, data management, and act as a central point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week.

What will you be doing?
You will support the Maintenance and Landfill departments with a range of administrative and co-ordination tasks, including:
- Managing general administration processes and acting as a central contact for enquiries
- Handling invoicing, delivery notes, and purchasing logs
- Providing reception and front-of-house cover when required
- Supporting stock control and PPE ordering
- Providing holiday and sickness cover for other administrators
- Liaising with internal teams and contractors
- Supporting vehicle and plant compliance through Assett Go, including inspections, defect logs, damage data, and reporting
- Maintaining fuel logs and assisting with compost enquiries
- Entering operational data onto Eco Online
- Carrying out any reasonable additional duties and complying with all safety procedures
