As a Business Systems Administrator at FCC Environment, you will provide first-line support for business-critical internal and third-party management information systems (MIS) across multiple contracts. You will be expected to support data management, reporting, and system usage across both office-based teams and field operatives, ensuring systems are used effectively and data remains accurate.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week.

What will you be doing?
- Producing KPI and management reports for contract and regional management
- Administering and managing data within FCC's core business systems
- Liaising with clients to ensure data accuracy and quality
- Supporting office-based staff and field operatives to ensure correct system usage
- Delivering training for new starters and existing employees at all levels
- Assisting with the development and implementation of new service strategies
- Identifying and resolving system issues, working with internal teams and external providers
- Acting as a key link between contracts and system providers
- Promoting best practice in the use of data-driven management systems across the business
What are we looking for?
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills, with experience of data manipulation (intermediate level or above)
- Experience within the waste management or a similar operational environment
- Experience of working within a structured project environment
- Confident communication and presentation skills for a range of audiences
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
- A team player with a proactive approach
- Ability to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements from data
- Desirable: experience with databases/SQL, GIS systems, and Power BI or similar tools
