As a Commercial Manager at FCC Environment, you will be responsible for selling and securing waste into Energy from Waste (EfW) and other facilities, ensuring spare capacity is maximised while delivering strong commercial performance. You will play a key role in driving growth by securing third-party waste inputs and working closely with internal teams to align pricing and strategy. This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week.

What will you be doing?
- Delivering the Feedstock Strategy for your area and contributing to long-term planning
- Securing and managing third-party waste inputs into EfW and other facilities
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Working collaboratively with internal teams across landfill, EfW and transfer station operations
- Monitoring sales performance and reporting against targets
- Identifying and developing new commercial opportunities and services
- Negotiating and implementing contracts for treatment and recycling services
- Gathering market intelligence and competitor insight to inform strategy
- Representing FCC Environment professionally with clients and at industry events

- Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales role, ideally within the waste industry
- Strong track record of delivering growth and achieving sales targets
- In-depth understanding of the waste market and industry landscape
- Highly developed commercial and financial acumen
