As a Business Systems Administrator at FCC Environment, you will provide first-line support for business-critical internal and third-party management information systems (MIS) across multiple contracts. You will be expected to support data management, reporting, and system usage across both office-based teams and field operatives, ensuring systems are used effectively and data remains accurate.

This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing KPI and management reports for contract and regional management
  • Administering and managing data within FCC's core business systems
  • Liaising with clients to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Supporting office-based staff and field operatives to ensure correct system usage
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of new service strategies
  • Promoting best practice in the use of data-driven management systems across the business

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills, with experience of data manipulation (intermediate level or above)
  • Experience within the waste management or a similar operational environment
  • Experience of working within a structured project environment
  • Ability to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements from data
  • Desirable: experience with databases/SQL, GIS systems, and Power BI or similar tools
