Then look no further Information & Education Manager Salary: £31,235 – £39,044 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Location: Ipswich Office, IP3 9FF As an Information & Education Manager at FCC Environment, you will play a key role in promoting waste minimisation, reuse, and recycling across Suffolk. Working closely with Suffolk County Council and other stakeholders, you will develop and deliver communications campaigns to engage residents and Recycling Centre (RC) users. This is a full-time role, working five days per week. What are we looking for? We are seeking a confident communicator and passionate advocate for environmental initiatives. You will need to be: – An excellent presenter, comfortable speaking to diverse audiences such as schools, community groups, and stakeholders. – Experienced in communications, ideally within an environmental, waste management, or educational setting. – Skilled at producing clear, engaging written and visual content. – Organised, proactive, and capable of managing projects independently. – IT proficient, with experience using MS Office. Knowledge of desktop publishing would be a bonus. – Customer-focused, with the ability to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement. – Creative and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in promoting recycling and sustainability.
