Information about Financial services administrator (level 3)
Salary – Starting on £18,000
Hours – Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 07:30am to 16:00pm
Location – Doncaster, DN4 5NU
As a Billing Administrator at FCC Environment, you will work as part of a small team within our Billing function, ensuring that invoicing is performed accurately and on time, and that customer accounts are maintained to the highest standard. You will be a key player in helping us deliver a first-class service to our internal and external customers.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week.

What will you be doing?
• Producing invoices and reports accurately and on time
• Processing remittance advice notes and allocating cash to accounts
• Checking data used to produce invoices (tickets, reports, etc.)
• Following up queries with sites and customers, and chasing non-responders
• Responding to customer queries and seeking internal resolutions
• Acting proactively to reduce the number of invoice queries
• Maintaining underlying data such as vehicle registrations
• Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as required
