As an HGV Driver (C+E), you will operate hook lift vehicles to transport waste between our sites across Worcestershire and Herefordshire. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our waste management operations and provide excellent service in line with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days a week, Wednesday to Sunday.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving HGV hook lift vehicles to service FCC sites and third-party waste facilities
  • Carrying out daily vehicle inspections, safety checks, and defect reporting
  • Complying with transport legislation and maintaining accurate driver records

Requirements:

  • A valid C+E driving licence (clean licence preferred)
  • Experience as an HGV driver (hook lift experience desirable, but training can be provided)
  • Knowledge of the local area (advantageous)
  • A flexible, reliable, and safety-conscious approach
