As a Plant Operator at FCC Environment, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of plant equipment, ensuring waste is handled safely and efficiently. This is a full-time position, working five days per week.

What will you be doing?
- Operating plant and machinery safely in line with procedures
- Carrying out daily checks and reporting any faults or defects
- Ensuring only permitted waste is accepted and handled correctly
- Maintaining accurate records as required
- Supporting site rules and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Keeping machinery, work areas and rest facilities clean and tidy
- Working closely with management and other team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Following all health, safety and environmental procedures at all times

- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Experience operating machinery or working in a similar environment (desirable)
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
