As a Supervisor at FCC Environment, you will support the safe, effective, and efficient running of site operations. You will bridge the gap between frontline staff and the Supervisory team by providing guidance, practical support, and ensuring work is completed to the required safety and quality standards. This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week.

What will you be doing?
- Guide team members, ensuring they understand their tasks and work effectively
- Encourage teamwork, resolve operational issues, and support colleagues with training where required
- Communicate with Supervisors and relay key information to operational staff
- Carry out crew inspections and ensure staff are using correct PPE and working safely
- Inspect roads and work vehicles to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Schedule work, allocate resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to expected standards
- Take a practical approach when troubleshooting or completing complex tasks
- Act as the point of contact in the Supervisors absence (including updating deployment sheets and liaising with LBWF)
- Liaise with Supervisors to resolve on-site issues and find solutions
- Issue PPE and undertake any other reasonable work-related tasks
What are we looking for?
- Has a strong understanding of safety standards, site regulations, and operational working practices
- Can work with minimal supervision and take responsibility for completing tasks to a high standard
- Is capable of motivating, guiding, and communicating effectively with diverse teams
- Is computer literate
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Has successfully completed (or is willing to complete) relevant CMS modules, COTC requirements, and training matrix courses
- Demonstrates key personal attributes: hardworking, honest, trustworthy, a strong team player, and able to work independently when required
